Antonella Franzen is Chief Financial Officer of ×ãÇò¼ÛֵͶע. She joined the company in February 2022 with more than 20 years of experience in finance roles for several large, multi-national industrial manufacturing companies and has extensive experience with companies undergoing significant transformation

Prior to being named to her current position, she served as Chief Financial Officer of ×ãÇò¼ÛֵͶע’s Water & Protection segment. Before joining ×ãÇò¼ÛֵͶע, Antonella served as Vice President, Chief Investor Relations and Communications Officer at Johnson Controls. Prior to the Johnson Controls and Tyco International merger in September 2016, she held a variety of finance leadership roles at the company for nearly a decade and played a key role in both Tyco’s 2007 and 2012 successful three-way separations. She began her career with PwC.

Antonella has served on the board of directors for JELD-WEN Holding, Inc. since March 2024. She received her Bachelor of Science from the College of New Jersey in 1997. She is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
